Take one kg of cucumber and whip it in the blender with the skin and pips. Add 2 drops of lavender oil and 2 drops of tea tree oil and you can also add a similar amount of chamomile oil. Cover your body with the cucumber paste and rest in place for about 30 minutes. Get someone to cover you with a cotton bed sheet firmly for about twenty minutes and you will feel the cucumber drawing the heat and toxins out of your body.
Take a shower and wipe off the excess and then you can also use a scrub to keep your skin even more soft and supple.
