Food for Flatter Abs

What many do not know is that there are certain kinds of food that actually promote flatter abdominals! Want to know what they are? Well, here goes
1. Fruits and Vegetables- The orange colored ones work best! These healthy goodies make you feel longer fuller, and the anti-oxidants found in them ward off ab fat!
2. Selenium- while selenium is not actually food, it is found in food and the soil which veggies grow from. You can get your daily dose by popping in a supplement or eating things like nuts from California and Vermont cheeses
3. Protein- Protein keeps you full and gives you energy. It’s also been observed that people with more protein in their diets compared to carbs have smaller stomachs and waistlines!
4. 1 glass of wine daily- Studies have shown that people who have a glass of wine a day have smaller midsections
5. Healthy fats- Good fats like omega-3, found in fish, flaxseed and tofu are excellent for fighting off that belly flab!
