This is a list of more reasons on why we sometimes consume too much. Are you guilty of these things too?

1. You may not be chewing your food enough- Chewing is one of the signals that tells your brain to give that full signal. Chewing informs your head that you have started eating. The more you chew, the sooner you’ll feel full

1.    You’re an emotional eater- Emotional eaters do not eat out of hunger but do it to combat some perplexing emotion. Because they see food as comfort, they may not stop eating until they feel better!
2.    You don’t give in to your craving- When you’re craving a specific type of food and you try to satisfy it with something else, chances are, you’re craving doesn’t go away! It only gets bigger! So you’ll eat and eat and eat and still feel that something is lacking until you finally get to eat that item you’ve been craving for!
