If you do decide to engage in a Cheat day, or break from dieting, here are helpful rules to follow! Remember, a cheat day is recommended to keep your morale high, but remember not to lose all sense f control and throw away all that you’ve worked for in the past week or so.
1. Enjoy every morsel of cheat food you put in your mouth. Chew slowly and eat slowly!
2. Make the food you eat something that is of really good quality, and is EXACTLY the type of food that you want, and not some knock off.
3. Get right back in the program after your cheat day! No ifs and buts!
4. Absolutely no binging!
