This is part 4 of our food substitution list. Again, it has to be stressed that these changes aren’t difficult and will do you a world of good in the end!
1. Substitute Caesar or Ranch dressing in your salad for vinaigrette. Remember, less creamy usually means less calories
2. When they give you complimentary bread in restaurants, substitute the butter for olive oil instead.
3.Substitute white sugar for healthier alternatives like Splenda.
4. Substitute cream based soups like clam chowder for vegetables have creamy consistency like pumpkin!
5. Substitute chicken thighs for chicken breast. The breast is considered healthier!
