It’s normal to have a little extra padding in new moms! Their bodies still carry some fat that was stored to help provide babies with nutrition!
But baby’s out and the weight isn’t! How do new mom’s lose the post pregnancy weight?
Here are ways!
1. Breast Feed!- Yup, its true! Breast feeding is a way of telling your body that the baby is indeed out and it is ok to shed the pregnancy weight!
2. Walking- it’s an easy way to get some exercise. A fun way to walk would be to take your baby in a baby carriage or take walks with your husband! Either way, you’ll create stronger bonds with them!
3. Swimming- if your location allows you to, take up swimming. It’s an easy all body workout that exercises you completely!
4. Yoga- a relaxing way to stretch your limbs and muscles as well as eliminate some of the stress that comes from being a new mommy!
