There are easier and simpler ways to cut back than by slaving away at the treadmill. One effective method is to substitute the normal food that we eat for healthier options. 1. Substitute white bread for brown or whole meal. There are more fibers which make you fuller sooner.

2.Substitute ordinary cornflakes for bran or whole wheat cereal. Same reason as number 1.

3.Substitute whole milk for skim. You really can’t taste the difference!

4.Substitute chicken for Turkey. Turkey has less fat!

5.Substitute vegetable oil for olive oil. Olive oil doesn.t have those evil trans fats !
