Finding a diet buddy can be easier than it seems.

1. Diet with people you meet online- a diet buddy doesn’t have to be physically present. It can be enough to know you have someone going through the same things with you. 2. Your family- Make your family your diet buddies! It doesn’t matter if they want to lose weight or not. Everyone can benefit from eating healthier and doing some exercise. If your family is involved, you can even plan out fitness activities that you can all do together, and enjoyable menus for many meals to come. It will also serve as good bonding time.

3. Join a weight loss group- check in your area or even your local gym for existing ones. This way, you can meet people going through the same struggles as you and you can encourage each other on! Weight loss groups usually also have counseling services which may help you deal with issues that may come up when losing weight.
