I bet you that in all the people you’ve met, you’ve never met one who doesn’t have a problem area. This seems to be the area that is the fattiest, or gain the fast first. This is also the area that seems the hardest to budge! You’ve lost weight everywhere except your problem area!
If you are a victim of the “problem area” curse, you should know that targeting this area only for exercise just won’t work! That’s right! That’s one of the myths, so stop and don’t call in to order that new ab cruncher just yet!
The key to lose weight in your problem area is to exercise all of the body. Spot reducing will only strengthen the muscles on that spot but won’t remove the fat! So the right way to do it is to generally lose weight all over!
Got it? So the next time you exercise, work out everything, and make a mental note to consume less calories too! Through this, your problem area will be a thing of the past!
