New alarming results of a recent study has come out saying that a diet that’s high in carbohydrates puts women at a higher risk for acquiring breast cancer!

The study also found that trying to shed pounds is also equals to lowering one’s risk for breast cancer.

The study was conducted on Mexican women, who have a diet that is composed of more than half carbohydrates. It was found out that these women have a higher risk for the big c.

Fructose and sucrose are supposedly the ones with the strongest association to the cancer.

So to all the women out there, let’s lessen the risk for ourselves. Let’s lower the carbs in our diets and try to lose weight!
