1.    Manage stress properly- the proper way doesn’t involve binging. Binging won’t solve your problems, and will only add pounds to the scale!
2.    Remember that eating won’t cure your depression- When you feel homesick, it may be tempting to indulge in comfort food, but wouldn’t it be better to call home instead. It’ll make you feel better and not cost you any calories!
3.    Avoid late night eating and snacks- While you’re still starting out, try to get used to studying during the day and sleeping at night. This way, you won’t fall prey to those caloric places that serve late night specials!
4.    Lessen the alcohol- or at least be ware of how many calories they bring you and your hips!
5.    Don’t go calorie counting crazy- The goal is to stay healthy, not be super skinny!
