1. Take advantage of those college teams and try out for a sport! It’ll not only give you exercise but help you make friends and connections in school.
2. When having food delivered, split with a friend, don’t finish all the food in one sitting because you’re scared they’ll go to waste!
3. Walk walk walk- take advantage of those far away classrooms and get some exercise for yourself too!
4. Find active ways to get to school- Besides walking, biking and rollerblading may be fun ways to get exercise and help the environment!
5. Try to go home as often as you can- coming home will reacquaint you with proper meals, and your parents/friends will also be able to spot if you’ve put on weight! The earlier you can remedy your weight gain, the easier it will be to lose it!
