Mind!
1. Increase protein- I already discussed this in the last article. Proteins speeds up your metab so eat up!
2. Consume 75% of your plate- Fill your plate with only 75% of what you would normally eat or fill it with what you would normally eat and consume only ¾. This can save you around 200-300 calories.
3. Lift some weights- weights build muscle and muscle burns off more fat.
4. Get moving- Even if its not exactly normal exercise, more movement means you burn off more calories.
5. Weigh yourself monthly- This is the perfect balance of not being paranoid, but enough to monitor your changes!
