Maybe you are like me and have been afflicted by the holiday bug. Symptoms include being too lazy to go to the gym, and just gorging away on the wonderful food available during these times. The result: Many, many, many unwanted pounds!
Now, I’m starting my diet for the New Year! And here are things I plan to do to make sure I am successful!
1.Start today!- Don’t put off what you can do today for tomorrow! Start walking, moving around, and exercising today!
2.Get a buddy- A good friend will be honest, tell you how much you need to lose, and encourage you when you feel like giving up!
3.Don’t go cold turkey on all the yummy food that you have been used to consuming! Instead try to find lower fat alternatives!
4.I can never say thsi enough: Snack on fruits and veggies!
5.Drink lots and lots of water- it does wonders to your body, and your skin! It makes you feel full and flushes out toxins!
