1.    Eat earlier!- Have a big breakfast, and then lunch and then end with a light dinner. Try to eat your last meal of the day early, at least 4 hours before you go to bed!  Don’t know why but this works!
2.    Tone up- Muscles boost your metabolism and make you burn more calories. Do toning exercises 2-3 times a week!
3.    Keep your lower limit 1200 calories- Any lower and your body will think that you’re starving and slow down your metabolism. A slow metabolism burns less calories!
4.    Look for the most challenging way- Making things a bit difficult for you may cause you to do more exercise. Example, a stair climb to your office is more challenging than an elevator ride. More challenging=more exercise!
5.    Avoid alcohol- alcohol slows down your metabolism, causes you to eat more and has tons of calories! Drinker beware!
