Motivate to lose weight!

than with vinegar”? Perhaps this is true for you too. You can
cajole yourself to have a better body and figure with these sweet
and sugary motivation tips!
1.Buy something new- If you’re feeling lazy to start, bribe
yourself with a treat. Get those new trainers, or a new
Pedometer. You’ll be excited to use these things, and you can
start in your workout too!
2.Look good to feel good- Maybe the reason you don’t want to
exercise is you think you look unattractive while you do it, and therefore you feel unattractive! Don’t exercise in your oldest sweats. There are exercise outfits that are available now that are cute and even a bit sexy. Maybe you’ll feel better in those!
3. Spa Treat- If you’re scared that exercise will only make your muscles and joints ache, arrange a personal reward of a spa or a massage to take the aches and pains away.
