1.Snack on 1/2 of peaches canned in water in lieu of 1.2 cup of peaches canned in heavy syrup!
2.A half cup of steamed peas and cauliflower can repleace peas and cauliflower in cream sauce!
3.When you cook, cut back on sampling and tasting dishes. More tastes= more calories!
4.When dining in an Italian restuarant, go for a bread stick instead of a slice of garlic bread.
5.Have some pudding made out of skim milk rather than puding made out fo regular milk.
