1. Munch on a cup of frozen jacfruit or some frozen grapes instead of an ice cream bar.
2. Have a strawberry smoothie made out of low fat yoghurt and fresh strawberries and bananas rather than waste the calories on a strawberry milkshake.
3. Snack on 2 fig bars instead of 2 brownies.
4.Reduce the number of meatballs in your spaghetti from4 to 2.
5.On a hot day, refresh yourself with a glass of ice water wih lemon rather than a cold beer.
