1. Put less peanut better on your peanut butter sandwich. Cut back from 2 teaspoons to only 1!

2.When having thanksgiving turkey, have only 1/4 of cranberry sauce instead of the usual 1/2.

3. Make a cracked wheat bread sandwich instead of using a croissant.

4.Instead of having fries with your burger, have some oven baked tortilla chips instead.

5. Go halves on an apple danish with a friend rather than eating the whole thing yourself!
