2. A Dole fresh lites cherry frozen fruit bar will save you more calories compared to a Sunkist coconut forzen fruit bar.
3. Enjoy a fruit cocktail canned in water rather than fruit cocktail canned in heavy syrup.
4.Instead of fruit punch, have sparkling witer flavored with a couple of teaspoons of concentrated orange juice instead!
5. Spread baked garlic over French bread instead of smearing garlic butter on them!
