1.To stop evening snacking, brush your teeth and floss right after dinner. The effort might deter you fro eating.
2. After dinner, clean up your kitchen immediately and turn off the lights.It’s a subconcious way of discouraging you to go back.
3.Before indulging, ask yourself, is this worth it in the end?
4.When you eat out, try wearing a snug belt. it will tell you when you should stop!
5.Before mindlessly filling up your plate in a buffet, review all the food choices first and only put in the ones you really like!
