It is nearly impossible to overeat your veggies! You can have as much as you want, any time you want it! The more servings of vegetables in your meal, the better.
Vegetables contain loads of fiber and do an excellent job of getting you full between meals. They’re also packed with anti-oxidants! Plus points for you if you have them raw!
