1.    Invest in seasoning to improve the taste of your food. Highly seasoned food will satisfy your taste buds and senses quicker, making you eat less compared to when you eat bland food!
2.    Trim the fat off when preparing meat, or take the skin off when preparing chicken.
3.    Find someone to report to. Engage a good friend to be your supervisor: To encourage you when you’re down, to cluck his tongue at you when you’ve eaten a little too much, and to praise you when you’ve done well!
4.    When you fry, use a non-fat cooking spray. This will save you calories!
5.    Take diet and exercise as a 50/50 deal. Don’t go overboard with one and ignore the other!
