Most guys start out fine when they are single, but alas! All that seems to change once they get married. The beer bellies start to develop! Wives, you have to do your share to help your hubby’s along! Here are some tips!
1.Watch your cooking- ig you prepare the meals at home, make healthy ones and those not so high on calories.
2.Encourage your man to do something besides watch tv- no matter if it’s with you or his friends, some physical activity is better than couch surfing all day!
3.Have him watch your kids- They usually run all over the place and he will too!
4.Set rules- restrict beer niht with guy friends to a once or twice a month activity only!
5.Easy on the delivery- go easy in having unhealthy food delivered to the house!
