As an active runner your calorie requirements will vary. When you eat and what you eat matter a lot. You should know why, when and for what we eat.
For the question why we eat, we should know the reason for our intake of food. Is it because there is food so we eat or is it to live? As a runner, eat to run. Please don’t run in order to eat. Food is like fuel for your body. Fuel it properly then only body can move. All the vitamins, mineral etc will act as engine oils for the smooth functioning of the body.
