The cavewoman diet is one that encourages us to go back to our cavewoman ancestor’s ways of eating! This diet simply encourages the consumption of raw and unprocessed food.
Meat, fruit, nuts and vegetables are the main ingredients as they are more suited to the human digestive system. You can only eat what is found in nature! Say goodbye to processed food! Also, you’re encouraged to eat any time you feel hungry!
The diet has been effective on many individuals. Not only does it bring about weight loss, but it supposedly ups energy levels and gets rid of indigestion too.
I’m just about ready to try it! I hope you join me!
