If you think you have to starve to lose weight, this is probably why the diets you’ve tried have never worked! Eating regular meals and staying full are the key things you need in order to stick to your diet!

If you eat 5 or 6 smaller meals, you won’t feel extreme hunger in the time between meals, and you won’t overeat on the next meal. Also, notice how much so much more you eat at lunch if you skip breakfast. This extra amount can add up to more than you would have consumed if you had eaten breakfast!

So, keep this little tip in mind. You’ll be surprised at how effective it can be!
