Being healthy is really good .But sometimes people can overdo it with exercising and dieting to the limit. Crash dieting is not really helpful so here are a few tips to help you maintain a good diet without harming yourself.
- Maintain a healthy weight .So even ten minutes of exercise a day is really helpful.And no housework does not count no matter now taxing!
- Increase the amount of plant foods you eat overĀ normal fatty foods and really up your fresh fruit intake.
- Eat about two to three servings of milk and dairy products everyday to boost your health and your bones.
- Limit fast foods to once a week and control the size of your portion to get the best benefits.
- Avoid stress while eating or even watching tv.Stress and TV makes you eat a lot of food which can make you fat.
