George Bush is here wasting our tax dollars so we can host the APEC summit. I know its not all about George, but he is responsible for the extra security in Sydney. $300 million its going to cost us, yet we have a surplus of $4 billion or so. Why cant we just take it out of that? Plus Sydneysiders get a public holiday out of it. Lucky bastards.
Anyway, Ive been watching George on the news and reading the paper and I dont know, is he cool? They showed him shaking hands with the PM last night and he had is own ‘homie’ handshake. That was cool. He also went mountain bike riding, that was cool too.
But then there is the tool in him. Iraq, WMD, David Hicks and all the other shit. I still think George is a tool, but maybe there is a chance he is alright as a mate….
