In all my years of dieting, my one downfall has been my cravings, I could never shake them! They would mess with my head, toy with my imagination and make me go mad!

A friend taught me this rather, uhh,, weird way to lose them. This is pretty extreme, so it’s totally up to you if you want to give it a go! You have been warned!

So here’s what you do- you take whatever you’re craving for and eat it. eat it until you’re full. don’t stop! then you eat some more, and some more, and some more. You eat until you’re extremely grossed out and never want to see the stuff again! It doesn’t end there, after all this, go to the bathroom and take all your clothes off and see your huge stomach! If that doesn’t cure your craving or love for that food, then I don’t know what will!
