Summer is around the corner! You know what that means..hitting the beach!

The beach is a great place to get fit. There are so many fun activities to get into that its hard to believe that they even count as exercise! But the best thing is that they do, so we can all burn calories while having a lot of fun in the process! I have to mention too, that the beach is a great place to spot “inspirations”- you know, people with bodies you admire!

Anyway, back to beach exercise! Swimming is an obvious exercise to delve into while in the beach! So are water sports- kayaking, rowing- these are fun examples of staying cool while burning the fat! Other fun options are running and jogging at the beach . Still, others are rollerblading or even biking! Maybe you can take a cruiser bike and bike around the area, see what you’ll find!
