Who can resist Christmas goodies right? Even dieters might not have enough self-control to do that! There’s nothing wrong with giving in every now and then. The great thing about this recipe is that even if you give in more often or not, you won’t suffer as much as these yummy cookies are low fat!

You will need the following ingredients:
Directions: With a mixer, beat butter and sugar til creamy. Next,add in the egg and vanilla,making sure you are mixing well. Then in another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually stir in the flour mixture into the butter and sugar until dough forms. Wrap the mix of dough in plastic wrap and chill for two hours in the refrigerator.Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and on a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to a 1/4-inch thickness. With Christmas inspired cookie cutters dipped in flour to make cutouts, mold your cookies. Don’t forget to gather the scraps and re-roll until all the dough is used.
Next, Place cookies 1 inch apart on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 9-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Transfer to wire rack after 1 minute to cool.
