I hate getting those letters from the banks saying that I have been pre-approved for a credit card. I just need to fill out the application and send it back in the pre-paid envelope and I will have my new credit card in a few days.
I get these things all the time. ALL THE FUCKING TIME.
Then one day someone told me that it cost them sweet fuck all to print up those pre-paid envelopes, but costs them a couple of bucks to send them back with your completed application due to postage costs.
Now the tables have turned. They have to pay a small fee for that pre-paid envelope to come back? Interesting.
So here is what I do. I take the pre-paid envelope and fill it with junk mail. Brochures, Pizza Hut menus, and all the other crap I get in my letterbox. Then I send the pre-paid envelope back to them!!
It costs me nothing, so I take full advantage of it. I have sent junk mail to BankWest, Citi-Bank, Aussie home Loans and many more. Its fantastic.
Now I urge you all to do the same. They send you junk mail, why not send it back to them? If we all jump on board and do this, they might stop. The probably wont, but its still fun to do!!
