The Montignac diet was scrupulously followed by the Australian superstar Kylie Minogue. In fact she attributes her glowing skin and healthy posterior to the benefits of the diet.

The celebrity Kylie Minogue endorses the Montignac diet, which is based on the glycemic index. The glycemic index states how fast food is converted into sugar in our body. Faster the food converts to sugar, the more we feel hungry and eat more food.

Conversely the opposite holds true and so people on the Montignac diets prefer low glycemic index foods to be eaten regularly in small amounts. This diet sounded infinitely more scientific as the Glycemic index is really a true indication of the sugar content of the food.

And Kylie Minogue has definitely not looked better. Although the diet and a healthy lifestyle didn’t really stop her from getting  breast cancer.
