  • Get a good partner; this will help you to be regular in your fitness regime.
  • Learn to keep exercise as a routine of your life.  Track whatever you do and make a mark in the daily exercise diary or calendar.
  • Listen to music and do the workout.  Prevents you from getting bored and keeps you interested.
  • Do workout seriously as you would prepare for a training or competitive event
  • Let your workout be the first thing you do in the morning.
  • You can always combine your work with workout.
  • If you feeling tired or lazy switch to a simpler work out like yoga or meditation but avoid skipping your workout altogether.
